|Congrats on making a Sale!
Here's a quick breakdown what happens next:
What's the Pending Balance?
Once a sale is made, the amount for the sale (item price + shipping costs) is shown in the 'Pending Balance' of your 'Marketplace sales E-wallet' on your profile.
When will the money be available?
Once you sold a marketplace item, you have to:
- Ship it (using the same tracked shipping method you indicated in the item listing) and upload a clear picture of the tracked shipping receipt inside the sale in ORDERS (parcel icon in top menu ME section) -> SALES -> SELLING within 7 days (if you don’t - the deal will be cancelled automatically and buyer will get their money back)
- Wait for the buyer to receive the goods and mark as received, this way releasing the funds to your Rated Wallet.
No worries, even if the buyer is not active and doesn’t mark the item as “received”, the money will automatically be released to your Rated Wallet 7 days after you upload the copy of your shipping receipt.
Once the funds for the sale are released to you, you can withdraw them to your bank account by clicking “WITHDRAW” from ME ->WALLET section. It takes 3 working days for the withdrawal to appear in your bank account.
Please keep in mind that the very first withdrawal you make on Rated will take longer (might take up to 7 working days).
What happens if a buyer raised an issue?
A buyer has the right to raise an issue with us in case there’s something wrong with the order.
In this case, you will be notified and the transaction will be suspended.
This means that the money will not be released as 'Available' until the dispute is resolved.
