When you withdraw money from your Rated E-Wallet for the first time, in case you have skipped this step during the Curator Onboarding process, you will be asked to fill in the bank account information:
- Account holder name (full name and surname, as indicated on your bank statement)
- Account number
- Sort code
If you have filled in the bank account details during Curator Onboarding, you will not have to do this again. The bank account details are always visible to you in ME -> E-WALLET -> PAY TO section.
Once you’re done, click 'Confirm' and you’ll be taken to the withdrawal confirmation screen - simply click 'withdraw'. Please keep in mind that the very first withdrawal you make might take up to 7 working days (Monday-Friday) to reach your bank account. All following withdrawals will be up to 3 working days.
