Once your item has sold, you'll have 7 working days to post the item(s).
When shipped, you'll also need to upload a tracked shipping receipt so your buyer can expect their item.
How should I ship the sold item?
All parcels must be posted using a tracked shipping method.
It's a good idea to read through your shipping provider's policies so you know what to do if the item is damaged or lost during shipment.
For posting expensive/luxury items, please consider ordering additional shipping insurance, in case the parcel is lost or damaged in shipment.
Before posting the item, we recommend taking a picture of the parcel (inner and outer packaging).
Please keep the tracked shipping receipt until the buyer receives the item and the transaction is completed.
How do I mark a sold item as shipped?
- Go to the 'Me' section of the app
- Click on the parcel icon in top menu
- Select the ‘Sales’ tab and select the sale you want to mark as Shipped
- Mark the item as ‘Shipped’ by uploading a copy of your tracked shipping receipt
It is the sole responsibility of the Curator to fulfil orders and by selling on Rated you agree that we don’t take liability if orders and/or payments are not honoured.
What happens if I forget to mark the order as sold?
You'll have a full 7 days to send your order and mark it as sold, however, if the sold item is not marked as 'shipped' within 7 days from the sale, the transaction will be cancelled and the buyer will be refunded for the purchase.
